Auxiliary / Boot Fuse Box – Mk1

A good used auxiliary fuse box to fit Mk1 Mx5s.

This is fitted inside the boot by the aerial and battery, it holds the fuses for the electric aerial and heated rear window. On lower spec models that were supplied with manual aerials and without the heated rear window this fuse box is not fitted and is often required when retrofitting heated rear windows or electric aerials. Please note some early Mk1s lack the wiring for this, to check look for a 4 pin plug loose in the battery/aerial area.
