Inner Arch Overview
The inner arch sits directly beneath the outer arch and is attached to it using spot welds along the lip. Because the two panels are attached in this way, corrosion or failure of the outer arch commonly results in corresponding damage to the inner arch.
The inner arch repair panel is not available as a standalone replacement panel. As a result, the section must be custom-fabricated. Careful shaping is required to accurately reproduce the original profile and ensure proper fitment with both the outer arch and surrounding structural components.
Internal repair requirements are not always visible until the vehicle is opened. We will always do our best to advise customers of any likely additional work before carrying out any cutting. If further internal repairs are needed, the final cost may increase from our standard price from £1700
