The Data Retention Period for this browsing data is 26 months, at which point it is automatically delete. Should you visit our website again within the retention period, the retention period is reset to current time and the 26 month retention period begins again. You can opt out of this at any point via your Cookie Settings on our website. We will ask you to refresh this consent every 30 days, and we cannot identify you as an individual from this data – the IP address is anonymized automatically.
    • MARKETING DATA: We operate on a double opt-in basis for marketing. You can enter your e-mail into our marketing subscription, or tick the “Send me Marketing Updates” checkbox on an order to subscribe, and you will then have to opt-in via a confirmation e-mail you will receive. You can then unsubscribe at any time, at which point your data will be deleted.
    • ORDER DATA: When you make a purchase from The MX5 Restorer, we have to collect various pieces of data about you in order to process your order. This data is never shared externally, and is only used for the fulfillment of your order and any subsequent requests from you in regards to that order. We do not keep your data indefinitely, ever.   • woocommerce_cart_hash | woocommerce_items_in_cart | wp_woocommerce_session_ – The first two cookies contain information about your shopping cart as a whole and helps our website know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that our website knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
  • PHPSESSID | wordpress_logged_in – These cookies track your session through our website, ensuring you don’t have to log in again on every page, or if you’re not logged in it stores settings, wishlists, cart items.

We comply with all requests to remove personal data and abide by any legitimate requests to receive information about the data we hold on individuals in a timely fashion.
