This brings the mounting point forward for a TRS type towing strap, it bolts to the underside of the front chassis rail into existing threaded holes, meaning there are no holes to drill, simply bolt your TRS (or other similar) towing strap to the single front hole on this bracket, then bolt the bracket to the underside of the chassis rail using the other 2 holes and that’s it, job done!!
