Rather than replace a pair of shocks or springs, having to strip the struts down to do so, and, inevitably runnning the risk that further parts such as top mounts and bump stops etc need replacing, you can just purchase these fully assembled struts that come with everything new. Pedders shocks are not very well known in the UK, but they are widely used in Australia and are highly regarded there, we have fitted them to many customer cars and have been very impressed with their quality and performance.

I am reviewing these because I couldn’t find much info on them when I was looking.
I wanted OEM ride height and quality and that’s exactly what I got. The car is perfect for bumpy Shropshire roads and is never in danger of bottoming out. I don’t go on track and drive at ‘eight tenths’ maximum generally. I enjoy pottering about on sunny days. These springs are comfortable and the damping is good.
If you are looking for standard suspension these seem perfectly good quality so far and we’re a lot cheaper than Mazda genuine kit. The other advantage is they come PRR-assembled with new top hats, which makes them easy to fit.
Overall, really happy with these.
